The Parent-Child Mother Goose Program® is a joyful, physically close, and interactive program in which parents and their young children learn to share the power and pleasure of oral rhymes, songs, and stories.
Over the last 35 years, the Parent-Child Mother Goose Program has spread its joys and benefits to thousands of families across Canada and around the world.
The Program uses rhymes, songs, and stories to show parents of infants and toddlers how to foster attachment and enrich interactions with their children. It gives children’s brains the right kind of stimulation during the most critical development period of their entire lives.
Embracing newcomers and the rhymes and stories they bring, the Program prioritizes families in need of support and is always free.
The Parent-Child Mother Goose Program® regularly offers two-day Teacher Training Workshops for agencies and individuals who wish to offer our Program in their own communities. Anyone offering the Parent-Child Mother Goose Program® must first receive this training in the methods, underlying ideas, and materials of the Program. All Programs are to be run with two trained teachers.
