Call for Volunteer Board Members

Board of Directors of the Vermont Square Parent and Child Mother Goose (VS-PCMG) is excited to announce that we are looking for new board members to help support our important work. Specifically, the Board is looking for leaders with a background in law and fundraising to join the current Board of Directors.

About Us

The Parent-Child Mother Goose ProgramĀ® has been around for over 35 years. It is a joyful and interactive program in which parents and children learn to share the power and pleasure of oral rhymes, songs, and stories. The approach is backed by decades of research, yet is so simple and natural that parents easily gain skills and confidence that foster healthy relationships and help them give their children experiences that promote healthy development. Parent-Child Mother Goose delivers culturally sensitive and adaptable programs at no charge. You can find out more at www.parentchildmothergoose.org.

  • You are a caregiver, parent or grandparent who has a demonstrated talent, joy and energy in organizing successful fundraising events.
  • You are energetic and eager to support parents of infants and toddlers in fostering attachment and enriching interactions with their children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Board service is a very rewarding experience, and our current board members are an amazing group of people! The time investment of our board members includes:
